Brodsky is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York Residential Management Council and the recipient of its 2006 George M. He also leads Related Companies’ initiative to increase diversity, equity and inclusion within the company and the broader real estate industry. Brodsky joined Related’s affordable housing development group in 1982, has been an Executive Vice President of Related Affordable for 18 years, and served as President of Related Management from 1997 through 2015. Brodsky is Vice Chairman of Related Companies where he works closely with Related’s executive team to optimize business development and drive improved performance and results across the platform and internationally. He received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He graduated from Princeton University, where he received his BA in political science and economics. He also co-founded Cabify, the largest ridesharing service in Latin America, and has been an active investor, leading more than 60 angel investments including Bonobos, Dollar Shave Club, Lyft, SpaceX, Clutter, and Philz Coffee.īrendan started his career at Goldman Sachs in the real estate, hospitality, and gaming group before joining The Blackstone Group’s real estate private equity practice.īrendan splits his time between New York City, Park City, and London. Prior to starting Fifth Wall, Brendan co-founded Identified, a workforce optimization data and analytics company that raised $33 million of venture funding and was acquired by Workday (NYSE: WKDY) in 2014. She previously worked with the Boston Consulting Group in London, and with the International Rescue Committee in Nepal and the Democratic Republic of Congo.īrendan Wallace is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Fifth Wall, where he guides the firm’s strategic vision. Clelia earned her undergraduate degree from Yale, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. At Warburg, she was responsible for the firm’s business development and marketing strategies and for maintaining a focus on revenue growth. Clelia was the President of Warburg Realty (now Coldwell Banker Warburg) from 2016 until its sale in 2021, where she worked alongside her father, CEO Frederick Warburg Peters. She co-moderates the Inman Conferences and previously served as the founding co-chair of REBNY’s RLS Board of Directors. Clelia sits on the Board of Trustees for Side and Mynd Management, and is a Board Member for the real estate innovation-focused SPAC, Shelter. Previously, she was a co-founding Partner at MetaProp, one of the foundational early stage Proptech venture funds. Until late 2021, Clelia was a Venture Partner at Bain Capital Ventures, supporting the firm’s Proptech practice and investments. Clelia Warburg Peters is the Managing Partner of Era Ventures, a venture capital firm she founded in 2022 to invest in innovative business models which reimagine the physical world.
